2. I have 4 kids, Hannah - 8, Corey - 6, Allie - 3, Jon Tyler - 7 weeks
3. Writing, shopping
4. I still love to write, it just never happens. My favorite mom thing is to take walks with my family or wrestling with the whole gang.
5. One random fact - hmm... I love to cook and I am an ebay junkie!

My question - Where is your favorite place for a night out (with or without kids, doesn't matter)?

Our favorite place for a night out with the kids is Pizza Hut for dinner, and we love to go to the soft play at the Shelter cover mall. Our favorite place out without the kids would have to be either Frankie Bones or Guissepi's Pizza, but Guissepi's would work with the kids too. We usually get the teriyaki steak and the chicken marsala at Frankie Bones, just for recommendations :-)

BTW I love to cook also. I don't want to be the kind of mom who's family can tell what day of the week it is by what meal we are having for dinner. I love to try new recipes, and more often than not just make up my own fun meals with whatever I have in the cupboards.

My favorite place to eat out is Starfire! They have the largest meals and best desserts in town and are reasonably priced.

Let's see if I can do this!

1) I grew up in Detroit, Michigan until I was 12 then moved to the suburbs, Birmingham, Michigan.
2) We have 10 children. The two oldest came with my husband, but I claim them because they are so very wonderful!! They are Kelly 43 (Hope it's okay to give away your ages!), Damon, 40, Erika, 34, TJ, 31, Karl, 28, Jeremiah, 25, Maura, 23, Jacob, 20, Marshall, 18, Ben, 15. Whew...
3) I used to love to ski. Started when I was 6, went to Colorado to college in order to do some serious skiing, then met my husband out there and didn't ski again for about 30 years. Even lived at the base of a couple of Colorado mountains but was always having babies so I never got to ski during those years. Finally skiied again about 5 years ago and hope to have a chance again soon!
4) Spend time with any or all of my children. I just love their wisdom, humor, spirit and energy. It keeps me young!
5) I have had two car wrecks, both into water, one into the Colorado River and the other into the marsh near Hilton Head.

To answer you, Midge, I can make my eyes go in different directions at the same. One to the left, one to the right and then back and forth like a clock.
