Cloth diapers

I have been a cloth diapering mommy for about 2 years now and was curious to seeigmf any other moms here cloth diaper their kids? I love it and chose to do it mainly for the cost effectiveness behind it, but also because it is better for the earth, and for babies skiin. And they are so much cuter than disposables! I hate the smell of disposables now too after having used cloth for so long. When we go out of town I do use disposables, but love coming home and putting my babies back in the soft cloth diapers.

Okay, so I did use cloth for some of the bigger kids but they were doggone expensive to buy a bulk of them to start so I ended up back with disposables because I could buy them in small dollar amounts! Also we only had the old fashioned rubber/plastic covers, none of the cute covers you have. And we surely only had pins, those scary things, not the cool attachment dealies that you have now! So many great inventions these days. Don't know how we managed all those million years ago.

i used pins with juliana a little . It was so scary! The snappis are amazing. I can actually say i miss the diaper days sometimes. I loved the smell of the hot dry diapers fresh out of the dryer.
