How do YOU cook pork chops?

My favorite way is broiled. I cover them is s/p,garlic salt,little butter and lemon juice. Yummy!!!

I dip them in milk then in seasoned bread crumbs and pan fry them in preheated cooking oil. I always serve with apple sauce.

I just cooked pork chops last night! I like to marinate them - all day if possible. My fav. marinade is: vinegar, worestershire, soy and teriyaki sauce, and ketchup. I sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper and oregeno on the pork chops and then put them in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Then Jeff cooks them on the grill.
