Just the other day someone sent me a note (who knows where it came from in the sea of messages) but it was a good one. The theory is that if you start your day thinking of some things to be grateful for you will start your day in a positive vein and it will carry through the day and maybe even change the course of the day (in case we got up on the wrong side of the bed as we used to say!)
It has taken me a couple of days to get it going so here goes:

!) I am particularly grateful that my son & husband encouraged me to go the distance and work yesterday to consolidate our storage spaces. We were able to do the impossible and put 10 lbs in a 5 lb bucket.
2) This morning my husband went to his cardio rehab class. He has now attended 5 classes and I can already see the difference in his walk!
3) My son Ben works so hard on his school work. Even though he would love to be back on HH in school he has such a great attitude.
4) My son TJ thought he had an appendicitis on Monday but it was only an intestinal bug.
5) My children in total. I am so grateful for every one of them and the encouragement they give me!

Whew, it does make me change my state of mind!!

Easier than the 25 things on Facebook. I just can't get to those.
